    在规划设计中,遵循提供优良的社区生活环境及创造标识性城市形象界面的原则,充分利用用地优势价值,最大规避不利影响,提高空间效率。地块东侧为商业价值最高区域,沿街布置社区配套及商业,既提升了小区内涵档次,为小区提供更高品质配套,拉升项目整体价值,亦为带动活跃周边商业,加强完善公共设施,提升区域形象及竞争力起到了重要作用。
